I found the truck I was looking for on the Toyota website. The website showed that 5 Star Toyota was getting 1. I went & spoke with Don about purchasing it. I left him my CC number as a deposit ( nothing was charged but it showed I was serious about purchasing it) 6 weeks later Don called & said the truck arrived at the dealership. It took less than an hour for the paperwork & off I drove with my new truck!! Will definitely buy my next me truck from them!

Been on the hunt for a RAV4 and was having absolutely no luck! Looked on Five Star Toyota’s website and saw that they had one! I called immediately and spoke with Shane to see if it was still there and available which it was! I let him know I was about an hour away and he told me it wasn’t a problem and that he would have it all ready for me to see when we got there! Shane was so helpful! He made us feel very comfortable and wasn’t pushy with us at all! He was able to get us an amazing deal and was just amazing to be around and was an amazing help for us! Thank you guys so much!

We compared two almost identical vehicles; one from 5 star and one from another dealer. Matt and the 5 star team were great to work with, very straightforward about what he could do with the trade in value of our previous vehicle and purchase price of the new one. The other dealership's numbers were significantly worse and they wanted us to negotiate back and forth instead of just being upfront. We really appreciated the no hassle, no headache style at 5 star and love our 4runner! We also appreciated the year of free oil changes. However, I had scheduled one and notified the shop that we wouldn't be able to make it to our appointment due to major flooding in our area that prevented travel. The service staff informed me that my rescheduled appointment was outside the year window, therefore I would be charged for the service even though that was due to a natural disaster. I think they should reconsider their policy in such extreme situations, but we will still return to 5 star in the future.

My salesman, Justin Reed, and the rest of the 5-star staff who I had the pleasure of interacting with during my experience of purchasing my new 2021 Chevy Silverado, were ALL great to work with! At no point during my time at the dealership did I feel any pressure from Justin while working together. And in today's market, when you can go anywhere and get great service, or even simply buy a vehicle straight from your phone and have it delivered to you, a salesperson needs to go the extra mile for his/her customers. Justin did exactly that! He went above and beyond what I believe someone should expect when they are in the market for a new vehicle. From the beginning stages of when I started looking at new vehicles a month prior to purchasing, informing me of all the new inventory coming out, to after the sale, 2 WEEKS LATER, making sure that everything is in good working order and that im still satisfied with my purchase!!! I can’t say enough about how wonderful my buying experience is at Five Star! Not only did Matt come in on his vacation day to help us him and Alan worked their butts off to find us financing with a payment we could afford in the vehicle I really wanted. They didn’t have the vehicle here so they found me the one I wanted and drove to Monroe to get it for me. They had it cleaned and charged and ready to go for me. Middle of a record breaking heatwave, long car trip and the AC wasn't blowing cold! Even though they were busy and I did not have an appointment, they squeezed me in anyway and sent me on my way with the air blowing cold! Super friendly, prompt service, reasonably priced! I just purchased a brand new toyota camry, I worked with Shane & Allen and my experience was amazing! I had my heart set on a 2018 that wasn't able to be sold due to a recall, I was slightly heart broken, but Allen worked hard to help me get into a brand new one that I love even more. Shane came in on his day off and sat with us until we were done with the paperwork. If I ever buy a new car again, I will definitely be back!

After months of research and crunching numbers, Dec. 22, 2020, I purchased a new 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 crew cab 4x4 3.0L Duramax at Five Star Chevrolet in Aberdeen, WA for my Christmas Present. Matt was my first/primary sales representative. Matt was not pushy, and very understanding that I wanted to test drive this vehicle and others for a while before I decided which one I was going to purchase as trucks now days are expensive. My second sales rep was Brant. Matt was assisting another couple with purchasing their dream family car. Both Matt and Brant were very knowledgeable about not only the truck I was looking at and purchased, but pretty much every vehicle on the lot. Jason was my sales manager. Knowing ahead of time what the out the door price was on the truck I was purchasing, knowing what a fair price for my trade-in was, and finally knowing what my credit score was, I had a rough idea as to what I was looking at for payments. With a little time, Jason was able to get me a better interest rate than I had expected, and value of the trade was right where I wanted it, and we struck a "GR8 DEAL" (Sorry guys, had to borrow it, haha). Rodney was my finance manager. He was another great guy to deal with. Quick and easy, no pressure, this is what you're signing to, these are some options if you'd like, if not, no big deal, and Congratulations! Long story short, I got a great deal on a great vehicle from Five Star Chevrolet in Aberdeen, WA. The longer version is no matter who you deal with, they will treat you like family (yes, I've made more than a couple purchases with them, and always bring my mother, and to this day everyone recognizes her and always wants to know how she is doing), they will do what they can to help you obtain what you want (understand that some things they don't have control over), and even if you don't make a deal today, they'll still welcome you back with open arms again tomorrow cause you're still a good person and so are they. Even if you don't want to talk cars and you want to talk about smoking roast on the Traeger, or how to do a prime rib to perfection in the oven, they can help. :-) Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Matt, Brant, Jason, Rodney, and Allen! I was very impressed with Allen and the guys over at South side 5 Star! I was getting my car windows tinted, I told the guy what i wanted we went back and forth and decided what he would do. We had amazing experience purchasing our new Toyota truck from Mike and Alan. They did not have the truck in their inventory and quickly located the perfectly equipped truck. My transaction was mostly over the phone and through emails, they honored everything they stated and their prices were the best I could find with no haggle. Our sales men were amazing! They were very knowledgeable about the car I purchased and was explaining everything to me about the new safety features, Toyota care, etc.. Everyone conducted themselves in a professional manner but the atmosphere inside the dealership had this weird quit vibe once I walked inside the doors. The employees that I interacted with identified themselves and answered all my questions but none of the employees were talking to each other. There was no professional joking around between co-workers. Nobody was laughing or just making general conversation. I don't know the proper protocols for selling cars but I also believe employees should smile, laugh, and converse with customers and co-workers. Just have fun with your job and like Toyota says "lets go places".

Had an awesome time purchasing my brand new truck at Five Star Chevrolet. The first week of driving it to work, coworkers took notice of how nice the new truck is I gave 6 of them an in depth tour of the interior and at least 3 of them wanted to go check them out especially after I told them about the year end rebate deal, so that was cool. While I was waiting for numbers to be worked my salesman leaves the shop drives across town and brings back Chinese food dinner for me and another salesman, we sat down ate dinner and then finished the deal. How awesome is that! Thanks so much for the great buying experience I will definitely be buying my vehicles here for the rest of my life no need to go out of town and I will forward my story to any potential buyers I run into.

I found the greatest salesman in the longest time of buying new and used vehicles over the years. His name is Mitch Grigsby. I feel he above and beyond for me in finding what would be best for me. He allowed me to try several different models as well as two different brands to decide which way that would be best. Once I decided the whole team made sure that I got the vehicle I wanted. The owner had the vehicle and he brought it back from trying get someone to buy it. Mitch has given me a great feeling of someone who really cares about their customer. Mike Flannigan, Mitch & the gentleman who did our docs were fantastic. To be honest, I was going to look at a different Tahoe when I spoke to Mike the Friday before I purchased my Tahoe from you. Even though the dealership I went to made me a good deal, I couldn't get the conversation with Mike out of my mind. He was kind, knowledgeable, NOT PUSHY, but truly helpful. I have been looking for quite a while & I have yet to have a conversation with any salesman like the one I had with him. I genuinely hung up the phone feeling like I had spoke to someone who actually cared about what I, the buyer was interested in, not just someone making a sale & trying to lure me to drive & take a look. We arrived at the dealership on Mike's day off, however he still took the time to call us & make sure someone was waiting for us. After our 2 hour drive, we pulled in to a sparkling Tahoe & a smiling salesman named Mitch. Mitch was also great! VERY helpful & made our buying experience fun & stress free! My husband was so happy & just as thankful as I was. I have already handed out 2 business cards to 2 different members who are shopping. I am a loan officer at the Lower Columbia Longshoremen's Federal Credit Union. Please give your salesman kudos for a job well done. It was one of the best experiences I've had purchasing a new vehicle. There was no pressure, no follow up "cold" calls that get annoying, no bad mouthing other dealers or sales staff. Mike was very informative and helpful and knew his auto inside out to help make a choice based on our needs and wants much easier. Bottom line; he listened to us. Allen worked with us to "seal the deal" and Mark was easy to work with dealing with all the paper work. I will be back for my next auto purchase and others will hear how great we were treated.

Five Star Motors is significantly better than our local dealership Toyota of Tri-Cities. Though I cannot speak for all of Five Star Dealerships as I only dealt with the Toyota/Scion dealership on Southside Aberdeen, I can say that the experience recently versus 10+ years ago was a complete turn around and for the best. As I have discussed with Tim (sales rep), David (financing rep), and Allen (manager) already, in the past Five Star Dealerships were pushy and all about closing the deal right now, not later. However, that was not the case now. When I first went for a test drive with Tim at no point did he try to push a sale, talk numbers or anything. It was just a nice drive and in the end when I was ready I explained my financial situation to Tim and when I would be in touch with him next. When Tim did reach out to me via phone prior to coming in to complete a sale at no point did he push for a sale or anything. I was unavailable at the time so he left a voice mail, but it was more of a friend just reaching out to a friend, not trying to complete a sale or anything like that. When I did come back in to the Five Star Dealership with my mother to show her what I was purchasing I was surprised again by how Tim treated her and myself. In the past when she's been in Five Star Dealerships she had been treated like a dumb woman, and Tim made her feel very welcome and treated her with respect which she and I both appreciated very much. When we met with David it was very nice. Like any smart car shopper I had researched prices people were paying nationwide for the Scion iA and extended warranties and maintenance plans and expected to have to negotiate my way to what I felt was a fair price. David came out with numbers for everything already at the price point I wanted and stated that he felt with my credit rating he could get me a better interest rate than others wanted me to have. In the end David was able to get me financed through Toyota with even a lower interest rate than he originally expected which not only has made me a happy Five Star customer, but overall made this whole experience for me even better. :-) Without a doubt, I definitely like this new Five Star I'm seeing and would recommend others check it out for themselves too. Though I've only personally met Tim and David, if the other employees at Five Star are as nice as they are then I would say Five Star has it right.
